Account doesn't exist

Hi

I have been connected to Virgin broadband. However there is no signal, I have spend several hours on the phone with no results as they say account doesn't exist. No one can help and it's so frustrating. I having enough calling every day and just hear your account doesn't exist.

Why just can't re-seat up or open new one? So unhelpful service!.

Any help please
