I ordered Virgin Media BB for my new flat but shortly afterwards I received an email saying that there is already a Virgin Media account in somebody else's name. The flat has been empty since the 01 August 2020 so it can only be the account of the former tenant. Over the last days I have tried to call and email you multiple times but unfortunately without any success. I will be moving in the flat on the 14 September 2020 and it will be very very important for me to have an internet connection because I need access to the online resources of my university. I really hope that you can help me to sort this out as soon as possible. Otherwise I will be forced to look for another provider.
