I'm about to move into a new address, and placed an order with VM almost a month ago for broadband. I was told there's already an existing account at this address, and that they're contacting the account owner. I have heard nothing since then, and will be moving in very shortly. What can I do? I can't contact customer support, as I have no account number, just an order number. The previous tenant no longer lives at the address, and appears not to have replied to VM. Can I get their account moved off my line? Any assistance appreciated, cheers!
