Does virgin suspend accounts whilst moving house??? Cannot access anything tv broadband or even the WiFi hotspots
Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to access the TV and broadband.
We wouldn't suspend accounts, in theory your account should close as the new one is being installed so there is no loss of services.
However if the installation at the new property is not on the same day/ has a delay this could result in a period of time without the service.
