Hello,
I took out a new contract with Virgin Media on 28/10/22 but I am yet to receive a welcome email or details of my delivery. I have approved the documents from the contract and I even selected a delivery date of choice, which was today, 03/11/22.
When placing this order online I think it has gone through twice as I have two separate links to approve documents, one from 27/10 and one from 28/10 which I approved the same day
