A question to virgin media broadband users

Hey guys, just a quick question iv'e heard that virgin cap your bandwidth if you use to much bandwidth, i'd like to know. Is the cap noticeable and have you had any trouble with your broadband and if so was it easy to sort out?

Never been capped, extremely rare to have any problems and service in my Area is good. 

However I don't download endlessly nor do I use torrents .......

I use torrents quite a lot as well as doing a lot of online gaming and using streaming services and i have never noticed any kind of cap.

There's a cap on the Fibre 20 product and for those on volume-based billing, but for everyone else it's unlimited on both downloads and uploads.

Welcome to our community forums. Just to confirm what our valued members @Adduxi, @lordoftime79 and @Roger_Goonerhave advised already, we do not cap bandwidth only Fibre20.
