84020200 error code

Broadband keeps dropping out and log shows this error code.

I notice others have had this problem and had the support of an engineer call out.

Having only had it fitted in Mid December I am not happy with this service. Considering I left Sky because of the system inconsistences!!

Can somebody advise my course of action please
