7400

I know this error has been discussed loads times but I’m pulling my hair out .

had a tivo box and a v6 , but swapped the TiVo to a v6 and installed that no problems. After a hour or so our original v6 has now showing up error 7400. After waiting 2 hours   Phone to c/s the guy said he reactivated box and would work after 15 mins - been 45 mins and still nothing . Please can someone help sorry if I not very clear but I’m really fed up
