Hello all again
Since my last message on here I have been able to get up and running due to help from a very nice engineer that visited. However since I have noticed a problem with broadband speed, I am on the 500 pack have been told I shouldn't have any issues gaining this however daily I struggle to get over 200 (I know don't get the violins out just yet) I have tested this both wired and wireless at countless different times and can not get over the minimum expected speeds virgin quotes on its policies.
Can anyone help with this? I've checked all connection which are tight and secure and really don't want to ring customer services to go through there script process.
