4 flat, for 3 available Virgin broadband but not for me

Hello,
In the 4 flat building I live, Virgin broadband available all other 3 flats but not for me.
I just don't understand why. Can I get some help?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

It is fantastic that you are considering joining us and we are sorry you have run into some difficulties. There could be a number of reasons why some flats within a block are serviceable and some are not. Sometimes its due to height or other access issues.
