Hi,

I have 2 broadband accounts under 2 addresses, how do I get both accounts under one login on the Virgin media app?

I doubt that you can. Best wait for a VM staff member to get to your post in 2 or 3 days.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting. 

I am afraid we do not have the option to have both accounts under the same online account as these are created and assigned using the account number. 

Is there anything we can assist with to make using the online accounts better for you?
