Hi!
I received countless calls from Virgin Media customer services and they offered me upgrade to SmartHub 4. They said that's their newest device, but it's been introduced to market in 2019 as I remember. I'm still using smart SmartHub2. Because I still need the 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi at the same time!
When I was offered the SmartHub3 some customer service assistant told me that it's not possible to use them at the same time with SmartHub 3. So, I haven't changed. But now, they can't tell me any details about this feature regarding to SmartHub 4. They just telling me the marketing text what shall I fall for. But for me it's really important to have these two networks at hand at the same time.
So, does anyone know of I can use 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz at the same time with SuperHub 4 router?
And maybe SuperHub 5, if 4 doesn't able to give me this feature?

Usual BS from customer services. Both the Hub3 and Hub4 transmit both frequencies. There are transmitted as one SSID name, but can be split in the settings to say xxx-2 and xxx-5.
