1Gig Availability in Poole area

Hello

I saw an annoucement at the start of August advising 1Gig Broadband was available in the Poole/Bournemouth area

Am an existing customer but when i try and order either via phone or webchat i am told it is “not available” in my area

i also spoke to a VM engineer at my neighbours property who also told me it was now enabled.

Any idea how i can resolve

Thank you for your interest in Gig1 I have checked our service in your postcode and unfortunately gig1 is not yet available. 

I apologise if you have had communication telling you otherwise. Please keep checking or come back to us on here and we can check again for you. 

Gig1 is rolling out across the country extremely quickly so should be available for you soon.
