Hi,
I have just moved in and I am trying to get virgin media bundle online, but it is telling me that a virgin media account exists at this address already when I try to check out and there would be a delay sending the new kit. I have seen a similar post previously on the forum on the link https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/QuickStart-set-up-and/14-days-while-we-close-existing-account-N... however this might be locked from posting new replies. Would appreciate if someone could help.
