14 Days of disconnection because of existing account at same address
I am moving to a property where the previous tenant had virgin media broadband but they have now moved out and have removed the router. So before making my order, I was notified:
A Virgin Media account already exists at this address, so we will need to delay sending your kit for 14 days while we close this account.
I am not a Virgin Media user now but I really want to choose Virgin as my broadband supplier. However, I am disappointed by this 14-day period where I have no access to WiFi! I will be working from home soon so I need the kit ASAP.
I hope there's a way to get the quickstart kit faster than 14 days?
