03 area constant disconnections

Whats happening in 03/Carshalton Surrey? Constant disconnections all afternoon and evening. 

Full House with 200Mb. 2x V6s hard wired, SH3 in Modem Mode with TP-Link TL-R600VPN. Ubiquiti Wifi Points, IP CCTV and Sonoff Smart switches, Synology NAS. Whole house wired with CAT5e.

Phone customer services, they are the most likely people to know.

Same issues here, this has been ongoing for the last month... 

Let me guess - T3/T4 errors right?

Yes I think its the same issue, seems to be ok for the moment, but lets see. Even had phone and tv outage and their "support" don't want to know as I use a "third party" router.

Put the Hub into router mode then call back

Its back on now and so is the phone. I have logged a complaint, lets see what happens.
