Virgin are refusing to fix my Landline

Hi. My landline broke this week but Virgin are refusing to fix it and are demanding a move to internet phone which I do not want. Why won’t they just fix it.

Cant register for new media account

HiI'm a new customer and am experiencing the same problems frequently posted on this forum registering my new media account.  My equipment has arrived/been installed and the broadband and TV are working fine.  Please can you assist.Thanks
