Please can someone have a look into my account yet again as it is stating child safe is on but it isn't. Also does anyone know why this is happening to many people?

Hello, we are having the same issue with Child Safe. After reading the replies here I tried a PIN reset and have then turned Child Safe off and on again, but it is still not blocking inappropriate sites. Please could someone help?

memorable word on keypad

Hi,I just called the support hotline and it asked me to enter the memorable word's character by the phone keypad.Does it mean 2 = ABC, 8 = TUV etc?? I tried several times but could not match it at all.
