Have you booked an appointment for either an install or service technician? We’d like to get your feedback on managing the appointment through the My Virgin Media app.

We want to improve customers’ experience when managing appointments through the My Virgin Media app. Specifically, we’re keen to hear from you if you have a pending appointment booked at the moment.

As we want to make sure we speak to a range of people, we’ve created a short survey to capture your experience. The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
