yellow light on m350 hub 3 low levels of speed and power
hello recently been given a new m350 package since the last one was very slow but this one is even slower and has a yellow light on it and has done the last 7 days now ive been waiting for 2 days for customer service but no reply anything i can do? when i do scans on 192.168.0.1 theres lots of things saying 4/5 wireless devices have low signal strengh, ive searched my area but no found faults and resetted router many times, any ideas?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Hub3. Are you still having the yellow light and slow speeds since your post. The yellow light is the indicator for a poor connection in your home network. Are you able to check if this also occurring on your wired connections?
For you WIFI connections, the hub does have to be located in a open space for better signal reception. How are you resetting the hub?
