Re: wireless devices losing conection all the time

so what does this whole table mean? and why do you need the downstream and upstream stats if i may ask? I'm asking because I made a post during the night with a similar if not the same problem ;/

Re: wireless devices losing conection all the time

the network log might show a possible problem, but having both the downstream and upstream stats can help say a more specific issue, looking over your stats downstream power all over the place, showing far too low, would make sure all coax (white cable) are finger tight..

high possibility would need a tech visit can wait a few days for the forum staff to check things over, or could call faults.

Re: wireless devices losing conection all the time

Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have checked the coax cables and they seem fine, so I think a call out will be the best option to try and get things sorted out, unless anything else has been noticed in the meantime. Thanks.

Re: wireless devices losing conection all the time

Your downstream power levels are all too low and your 4 upstream power levels are all maxed out. You need a technician to rectify these.

Re: devices losing connection all the time

Quickest way is to call it in as a fault and convince the agent to do that.
Or, if you wait on here a VM person should be along in a day or two and sort it for you.
