Save yourself the time and frustration ...

Just remember this needs to be installed between to VM Hub and the Boiler,
not in the garage next to the Boiler where there is no signal to repeat.

Hi there @cracking

Thank you so much for your post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing issues arranging a WiFi Pod, can I ask if you have followed these checks via the Connect App:

·         Tap Start the scan
·         Then Start the scan again
·         While connect to WiFi, Tap I’m ready
·         Wait 2 mintues for Scan
·         Scan complete, Tap continue
·         Tap Add a room, Tap the room you're in
·         Start the Scan (do this in every room)
·         Scan complete
·         Tap Optimise WiFi now if an option
·         If so, Tap Optimise
·         Optimisation complete, Tap Rescan room,
·         Tap Start Scan
·         Tap Order a WiFi Booster if an option

To service your garage properly I would suggest you run an ethernet cable out and use a wired wifi access point in the garage.  Wifi interference can be an issue, so you will get the best connection over cable back to the Hub.

Thank you for reaching out with some advice, I can see my colleague has reached out to support with the pods.

As @Adduxi has said, something as important as your boiler needs a more reliable connection than two links of WiFi.  Use an ethernet cable if you possibly can.
