wifi pods flashing and virgin connect app cant find hub

noticed that both wifi pods where flashing and second v6 box cant connect to the main v6 box also connect app cant find find the hub. Everything has been rebooted to no avail.

A technicain remotely checked the hub and siad that there had been a few issues but he had sorted it out !! - still not working.

Wifi is ok for laptops and echo device but no good for pods or connect app .

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your WiFi pods disconnecting, are you still having these issues at the moment with your pods connecting?

Problem with pods has sorted itself out - but I think the reason for the connect app not working is due to the latest iPhone update 16.3 as my iPad works and is on an older level
