I have had both my Volt upgrades and now want to get the promised free Wifi Pods. I am on the ultimate oomph package and have a hub 3, which I believe will work with them.

How do i get them ?

Try calling in for them first. A VM person can help on here but can take a few days to get here

We can get a WiFi pod ordered for you. To do so we will need to pass data protection with you. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.

All sorted now, WiFi pod on the way and confirmation email from VM setting out the changes to my account, and no, there was no increase in monthly cost.

Thanks for coming back to me via Private Message. 

We needed to pass data protection with you as we were adding a service to your account. Even though the Pod is free for you, the service still needed to be added so therefore security was required.
