wifi is so bad

here i am again for 3rd time asking if anyone can fix my stupid wifi constantly lagging out randomly just stops me from playing any online game whilst playing forcing me to be stood still until it reconnect this happens daily and has done it since the day we got the wifi even virgin media engineers dont know whats up with my wifi how can this happen. in the clip you can see where im moving about then then it lags and im standing still and i cant move

i try modem mode then it says someones logged in when no one is logged in

also would be worth looking into a new router maybe that would fix thank you for the help

honestly ive had enough with this *bleep* wifi why should i go through this struggle of trying to find someone who actually knows what there doing, i keep getting told to do the same thing over n over again which doesn't help when im already £50 a month for the piece of sh*t to not work ill make sure that i change wifi cos virgin media is a disgrace engineers do same thing change router give me a new router which isnt gonna fix this issue obviously theres a fault somewhere or my wifi wouldn't be cutting out all the time. dont get how virgin can let this issue go on for a 1 year and 5 months absolute joke!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear that these issues have continued, having looked back through the thread I can see that you mentioned thus was a wired connection, can I confirm if this is now WiFi that you are struggling with? 

 

Do you have any wired connections that you are also finding effected?

 

What did the engineer say when they came?

Just putting this out there but there is more for the hub to go wrong then Docsis being fine.

im done with virgin media anyway when my contract runs out im changing company they obviously dont care about there customers when this issue has been going since the day i got the wifi appalling

Welcome back to the community. 

When you have had technicians at the property, has there only been a router swap?

Or has there been any further work completed i.e. cable changes etc?
