Hi

the hub 3 is not in modem mode we are just using it out the box

but receiving dropouts with errors

Lost MDD Timeout;

and notice atom and all the previous errors

this how now been going on since we had it installed over a month ago.

Thank you @katy-i

Does this happen when the devices are connected directly to the hub or only over WiFi please?

I have taken another look at things from our side and we can't locate any issues with the service on our end.

Please pop back to me when you can.

Hi @katy-i

Thanks for the clarification. Please can you set up a BQM here: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality and share the results with us as a graph image, as opposed to a link. We are unable to access the links to see what's going on from our side, so an image would be really helpful for us to see the drop outs as and when they occur.

I've taken a look on our systems and there are no issues showing at the moment.

Kind regards,

Serena

hi

i have a BQM setup but since the hub was updated the other night it is now all red

see here with a few time it comes back then drop again.

Hi katy-i

Thanks for coming back to us.

I've done a system check and all seems fine - have you had any issues since Friday? Best,

Hi

I think i have sorted the t3 timeouts

But still getting NOTICE ATOM is restarted due to Kernel/oops panic as part of Self Healing Mechanism as said before is said to be a cpu problem in the hib can a new one be sent out or a engineer as this is getting annoying

Thanks

Can you expand on this for me Katy?

Kind regards,

I thought i had solved the T3 errors by taking one of the db attenuators off and eas not getting any errors but i have now had 2 t3 on the upstream again and having atom errors which is related to cpu overload

Just had another notice atom error that has caused the wifi to drop caused by the cpu overloading this needs to be sorted
