I have been using super hub 2 for some time without issues , however the hub keeps dropping connections on 2.4 and 5 for 3 or 4 months have put up with it.

customer services STOCK answer is we don't support wifi,
any suggestions on next steps.
(tried usual. router in open place, no obstructions
i have reset router
reset all devices connected)

I have taken a look and it seem there are some FECS on your connection. I have raised this to networks to investigate further.

Just a quick update a fault has been raised ref F006353142 for SNR and FECS. The current review date is 16 JUL 2018.

Apologies I didn't get back to you sooner. I have been out of office.
Please try to only bump the thread once because if you bump it multiple times it knocks the post further back in the queue.
The fault was resolved but I can still see FECS, so I have re-raised.
Just a quick update a fault has been raised ref F006385451 for SNR and FECS, the current review date is 25/07/2018 .
I will keep an eye on this for you and will let you know as soon as I know more.
