To get the router status on the sign in screen, you need to complete the Hub admin setup.

So that's entering the Settings password and either changing it or skipping the change on the next screen. This'll then log you into the admin page if remember correctly, but the next time you go to sign in you should get the router status option before you sign in.

Hi mut2ley,

Thanks for posting back here.

When I checked your connection, there have been no time-outs reported within 24 hours of the router being online.

Is the router left on at all times?

Do you notice any of the lights change on the router when the internet disconnects? If you can post the network log from the router settings that would be helpful. To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in and click into Router Status in the middle. Within here you will have downstream, upstream and network log and you can copy and paste this information.

I want to help as much as I can to get this resolved for you.

Regards

Sam

Re: wifi comes and goes on phones and lap top

Hi mut2ley,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm glad the community give you advice on how to log into the router, that is great.

I appreciate the router information you posted. Even though these are showing as fine, when I just checked your line, the Modem SNR for both upstream and downstream are getting low. I would like another engineer to check this over for you. I appreciate you have just had a visit, however it does need to be looked into. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.

Speak soon
Sam
