This used to happen occasionally.  Happening every time I wake up laptop.  Is this an apple or virgin problem?

Some printers broadcast their own WiFi, so if this is the case disable it and connect with a USB cable.

Thank-you Roger

This was sorted out 3 years ago and has now reoccurred.  I feel it is a backward step using the USB cable and would like to know why it it is happening?

Hi MaryAnne2,

Thanks for coming back to us on this one.

We're sorry to hear that the issue has not resolved yet.

I have found this link here which should help you to setup the printer. In step 2 it will allow you to chose your operating system. Please note that as this is an external site, VM are not responsible for the content displayed on there.

Hopefully this will resolve things and allow you to get connected.

Keep us posted on how you get on.

Thanks,

Thanks Kath.

The situation has resolved since yesterday.  Suspect VM maintenance may have reactivated the problem!

We're glad to hear this has all been resolved MaryAnne2.
