Re: weird connection issues (still)

"Partial Service" & "Synch" issues reflect typical SNR(Noise) which hopefully @ForumTeam / @ModTeam  will clarify/confirm (or disagree) and arrange Tech visit. You've probably rebooted already(many times 😛 ) but this may give a temporary fix to TBB/BQM as well but essentially I still maintain you need to implement an alternative BQM host (eg f8lure.mouselike.com) to avoid potential false positives due to reasons stated in my previous post?

FWIW: Many of us (SU's/Triallists) have used SH3/Hub3's continuously since it's public limited beta in Sept2015 thru various/numerous firmware versions and some have also experienced SNR/Noise as consequence of Network/Infrastructure upgrades. "Noise busting" via Networks group can be a tedious and protracted exercise as it's essentially unique for each of 1000's of nodes in the country! Ergo: Common symptom but numerous resolutions.

Yep, noted from your previous post, just didn't have much time to mess about.

And yes a reboot is required almost every day otherwise it's not usable at all.

Appreciate your help 👍

Re: weird connection issues (still)

Afternoon,

I have had an engineer visit on Friday the 27th, he left the following note:

"replaced an isolator for upstream, T3 errors"

The issue is still present, I have drop outs in every few hours both on wifi and ethernet.

Here's the latest data from the hub3:
