vpn latency when working from home

Spiderman007
Tuning in

Hi,

I have virgin media hub 3 speed 200. Every time I work from home using remote desktop connection it keeps disconnecting me but nowadays the latency is so annoying, I got Google mesh as I have been told if I use different router that will solve the problem but it is still ongoing issue (latency and disconnecting). Please Please Please help 😪

Thanks

Are you able to use an ethernet cable connection?

Yes Im using ethernet cable connection and when I check the internet speed the speed is above 210mb from home pc and my work pc is way more than that. Im a designer and when I use the mouse I could see the latency which delay my work significantly 😓

Is hub in modem mode?
---------------------------------------------------------------

yes it is in modem mode

To my eyes that's a pretty nice set of stats.

Re your bqm what happened at 10am? Are ping responses still enabled on the router?
