I have a Galaxy Note 10 Plus and I've downloaded the Virgin media Connect app a few times.
I set up a profile to get the WiFi hotspots but, it never connects to any of them! It always says you need to be closer. How close can I get when I'm sitting on the sofa opposite?
There are lots of hotspot around me and it just WILL NOT connect. Its like the profile set up does nothing.
Are we aware of any issues with this app?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with the connect app.
Please can you preform a pinhole reset of the hub and try and connect again.

This has nothing to do with my home hub I am talking about using the shared WiFi when I am out. The hotspots. They arent working

android version 11. How can I check to see if I've opted in to the virgin media share as I can't find it in my virgin media.

If you go to your my virgin media account > My profile >make sure the tab is on my profile > scroll to the bottom and it should say "my services" >Virgin media WiFi > opt in to virgin media WiFi.
