last 5 days like clock work betwen 6pm and 6:30 pm my broadband and tv either go down completely or one goes first followed shortly by the other and again working back to normal after 6 am.
spoke to customer services while it was happening and didnt really get any where except to book a guy to come out .
does any one have a idea what it could be ??
