tech support

i called tech support re our internet not working i had already reset hub put the lan wire back in on itself and still not working and the wired pc wasnt working the agent in the global call centre informed me that i needed to log my wifi back in this doesnt explain why lan not working just reset pc which i did still didnt fix it anyway after being treated thick ( been using internet since dial up)i eventually got it all working myself sorry virgin i might have to get a new provider

very unhappy since intelligent internet came out its not worling at least 10 mins a day

sorted it myself i will look for another provider because i asked for a manager/ supervisor told none available
