(Manchester, VM broadband wired, everything else is working fine)
It looks like there's some routing problems, only to Google's DNS servers, and I'm failing to resolve any google.com or similar;
traceroute/mtr to the IPs of ns2.google.com ( 216.239.34.10 ) and ns4 ( 216.239.38.10 ) shows it intermittently failing in manc-core-2b-ae93-650.network.virginmedia.net
It's working fine from my none virgin-media connections.
Down-detector is showing a big spike in Google problems centred around Manchester and London, so not just me; not sure if it's only VM or not.
Please forward to someone with a hammer near VMs corp routers.

Still no access to Azure 365 Single Sign On client as of 4pm UK time. Been unavailable since 10am and not even a hint of an answer as to why.

If you want an ISP with a proper SLA agreement then get a business connection.

Is this causing an issue with Twitter for desktop etc too? been getting this message for the past few hours and it only loads if I toggle to my phone hotspot. Thought it might have been an extension at first but had same thing on a diff browser with none installed.

Bristol here too. Same issues as the others. Zero access to anything Google related... no Gmail, GoogleDocs, Google Pics and worst of all, no YouTube. I'm trying to upload my latest video and have resorted to using via 4G on my 3 mobile to my laptop, so the router and PC are out of the loop. If I have to be told one more time by the Twitter media team to "restart your router, there's no problems here", I'll go potty. Had enough of this... it's up & down more than a Weston donkey!

It's the same issue, BS21. I think some people on this feed could fix the issue faster than your engineers; this is a ridiculously long outage. Do you have any idea if we are going to get any compensation? I am draining my mobile data.

You guys know it’s not AWS though… right? It’s google services specifically.

In the past I would blame one of the cleaners, unplugging a server for her vacuum cleaner, but you can't say that these days... not PC apparently 😎

On saying that, my access has just returned.... someone looking over my shoulder???
