robovac will not connect to wifi

my robovac device will not connect to wifi. it used to connect, went off and I'm unable to reconnect.

I've reset router, reset robovac, tried everything else several times.

the app for the vac can see it tries to connect but spinning circle all the time. 

I've tried another vac as thought it was the problem but it won't connect either. I've got a hub 3. four devices are connected so not overly used.

any help?

Can your Robovac connect to other wireless routers?

Can other wireless devices (that you're not already using), connect to your router? Friends or relatives' tablets or phones, for example.
