recurrent internet connection loss

Almost every night while watching Netflix on my virgin V6 box via Vivid 50 broadband, there will be a sudden loss of internet connection and when checked, the result finding is '' wifi cable disconnected'' when no such thing happened, the wires were not touched at all.   TV programmes dont seem to be affected altho I have neither TV aerial or satellite dish and depend on my virgin box for TV viewing.

I will have to turn the wifi hub on and off before the connection is restored. Most annoying!!

Any ideas ? Anyone? Thanks!!

How is the V6 connected to the Hub - wifi or ethernet cable ?  Which model of Hub do you have (printed on the sticker on the side or base or in drawer)

V6 box connected to hub via hard wire.

got my v6 box from jan 2018, sorry can’t get details from box cos I’m away from my apartment
