"NO INTERNET" at EX1

My internet went down at around 8pm this evening at EX1 and came back on for a short while then dropped out again. It has now said "no internet" for a few hours. I have checked all connection and they are secure. I have checked all service status services and have been told no problems in my area. There is a lot of activity on downdetector this evening so refuse to believe there are no issue. Wish virgin would acknowledge there is an issue.

Mine has been down for a couple hours now. Has been dropping out all week. All service status service say there is no problem in my area. This is clearly not true. Virgin media are clearly having an issue.
