problem with the driver for the wifi adaptor

I reset my laptop and can now only get into the internet via an ethernet cable. I have no wifi and when I run diagnostics on the network get the message "there maybe a problem with the driver for the wifi adaptor"

You need to follow this up on the fora of either the wifi card maker or the laptop maker.

You can always get a cheap Wifi dongle to plug into the USB port and get connected that way

I Found the solution which was:

type "windows key + R" into start menu

type "services.msc" into pop up window

OK

scroll down to WLAN autoconfig

click on it and switch it from manual startup type to automatic
