i did chat with someone in that chat day after i did ring up virgin media to get someone out now my connection is better no packet loss now

only thing now i get high latency spikes this needs sorting it still have packet loss now and again but it is very low

I'm sorry that you're still experiencing issues with your broadband service.

 

Have you tried performing a traceroute to see where this packet loss may be occurring? Please let me know if you need me to talk you through how to do this.
