Hi,

I'm a Volt customer so should be able to order these - no idea how??

I've phoned and got no where, I've used the app and got no where....

anybody have an idea on how to place the order?

Online chat did it for me, but it took about 6 hours!!

And use the Virgin Connect app to run tests, then it should allow you to order if needed
