But is it just routing to BQM or everything...run cmd and a ping -n 200 194.168.4.100

I've located your details and I'm unable to detect any active faults at the moment.

 

If using WiFi, it's definitely worth Changing your Virgin Media Hub's wireless channel in order to potentially improve this type of connection.
