no wifi for hub 4

Hub 4 with steady white light. Can't search the wifi and no connection with Ethernet. 

Tried to reboot and reset but still the same. (There's no any reaction of the reset as normal.)

If you've got no connection, your quickest option is to phone it in as a loss of service fault.
