no wi fi all day

no wi-fi at all from super hub 3 all day, re started the hub 6 times but to no avail.

 

any help please

I take it you mean no Internet. Phone customer services and report the problem.

no the internet works/ sort off as usual, there is no wi-fi , i factory re set the hub 3, according to virgin there is no issue, but then again i get the same answers from them when the internet is totally down.
no tablets or phones or wi-fi printers can connect to the wi-fi from the super hub, i have had 7 plus years of poor service from virgin but never had an issue with wi-fi.
