Hi all, 

I have recently got upgraded to the 1G volt package and had a new HUB5 fitted, 

but I noticed that my MS on Speedtest ranges from 25-50 with an average of 30,

I used to get 9ms when I test until I got the upgrade I was on the 200mbps 

does anyone know what might be the problem here ?

Does the main status tab show both Docsis 3.0 and 3.1 channels ?   If D3.1 is enabled in your area, the downstream tab should show the Docsis 3.1 signal details as well as the 32 x D3.0 channels ?

no I don’t see that, although I have heard that the Hub 5 doesn’t show you those stats? 

I currently have 31 channels down and 5 channels up.

Update:

lovely engineer popped over this morning and showed me some charts on his device showing that connection to my router is indeed out of spec and something outside is causing it.

popped outside and then down the road to the cabinet and established that the wires into my property are 2 decades old, and need a new cable pull into my property.

He said he will get that booked in and call me later in the day to confirm a date.
