I have just contacted Virgin call center to resolve a problem and gave up after being passed to the fourth person to asked the same questions saying this was not his department.
Every time I leave home I lose my Wi)Fi and have to reconect mannualy on my return home although it is set to AUTO reconnect. I have just returned from a holiday abroad and evry time I re entered the hotel my phone would autometicly re connect also when I visit friends and family.I am receiving texes anything up to 18 days late.
As it is a waste of time contacting customer services has anyone any ideas.
What make/model/OS is the mobile? Is it with a VM SIM? Have you tried disconnecting and "forgetting" the network - then re-connecting with the password?
