Re: lots of timeouts

Hi Liamlyon96
I'm really sorry to hear that you've still been experiencing intermittent connection.
I’ve run some checks on your connection and everything looks healthy at the moment. There are some timeouts showing but the hub has been on for a while. If you are still experiencing issues can you give the hub a quick reboot so we can monitor this?
Speak soon,
Ty

Re: lots of timeouts

Just happened again and checked my network looks like the power levels go lower than usual on downstream and higher on upstream when this fault happens.

Re: lots of timeouts

Hi Liamlyon96,

Sorry to hear that the connection problems are still ongoing, I've rechecked your connection from this and all looks in good shape, hub power levels, SNR and local segment results all look healthy.

Is there any change in the Hub lights when the connection drops out? Is it affecting both wired and wireless connections?

Should the drop outs continue please drop us a quick update with the date and time if possible and we'll gladly investigate further.

Thanks
