My laptop and android phone disconnected every day. the wifi saved but not connected. when I try to connect the message shown authentication problem, when reboot the router the wifi connected and working fine both. But next day the same problem happen again. I use Virgin router super hub2 version.V1.01.31 . Please help me.

Check your wifi security settings. If it is set to WPA Auto, try changing it to WPA2 PSU (AES) instead.

and also the android phone message shown saved and laptop message shown secured in that case I reboot the hub then both are connected and working fine, this happen again and again I can't fix this issue.
Hello Jen_A I did factory reset before and I did today again all the setting go back default but still I have 2.4 GHz problems for connecting both android and laptop. I try so many trouble shoot change IP address manually and renew and reset IP, and try to manually connected, Change power management , wireless channel change, wifi security settings change. But still the wifi not connected when I Switch off and on when I go out and come back home. the laptop on the network connection keep saying attempting to authenticate and connection secured and android said authentication problem. Once reboot or reset the router both or connected straight away.

I think the next obvious step to take is to replace your existing Hub. So I've ordered a new one, free of charge, for you. It should be an updated model and it will be interesting to see how it performs so keep me updated

We received New router, but the new router not getting signal and I call customer care and engineer came and change another router finally the router working fine. No authentication problem both my laptop and android connect and communicate. Thank you your help.
