hi new here. ive been having problems with my boardband for soem time now its constant lag spikes starting from 6pm to 10:30pm at night and this is every day its so frustrating becuase it makes gaming impossible could

hi still no fix on the upstream fault and its been 2 weeks now its just a joke now. can you please sort this?

Thanks for coming back to us. I am sorry it's not sorted. You are affected by a congestion issue in your area. Fault reference is F009884655. The estimated fix date for this is the 31st August. We are planning to undertake some upgrades to support the increased demand for our services in your area. When completed, any slow broadband speeds and buffering on TiVo apps you may be experiencing (particularly at peak times) will be resolved.

i think its outrageous i have to wait 2 months for this issue to be fixed.its been a on going issue now for over a year

We can look in to this for you for the issues you have had with the service.
I have had a look on the system and can see that there a utilization outage with an estimated repair date of August 31st.
