Virgin Media customer service people seem to be confused with Home Works and F-secure.
My anti-virus F-secure from VM is expired and when I asked them to renew my subscription,
I got the answer as don't worry about it, home works protect the broadband and the computer.
I am not sure of that.
Why do I need to pay extra for 1-year or 2-year protection?
